What are the features of your product?

Our products are environmentally friendly, safe, can increase taste, are easy to install and use, do not require electricity, are economical and energy-saving.

Where are your products used?

Our products are divided into filtration jugs, tap tops and countertops. It can be used in the kitchen as well as carried while traveling.

What kind of certificate do you have?

The production factories are BSCI, ISO9001:2015 approved. Products comply with CE, RoHS standards for the EU market, UKCA standards for the UK market. Waterproof and explosion-proof for some special products.

What are the functions of your product?

Our water filters are used to filter out residual chlorine and heavy metals in tap water to improve the taste of water.

Can we use hot water with your products?

Our filter can be filled with cold or warm water whose temperature is not higher than 35 degrees Celsius, but cannot be filled with hot water.

Can your products be washed in the dishwasher?

Only the Jugg water purification jug can be washed in the dishwasher. Our other products must be washed by hand, not in the dishwasher.

When I filtered it the first time, there was black powder in the water.

There will be activated carbon leakage in the water when you filter for the first two times. For this reason, it is necessary to empty the filtered water for the first three times and then you will not see thee powder and it is dirnkable. Activated charcoal is food grade, it does not harm the human body.

Is the Jugg compatible with other filters?

Apart from our Pure+ filter, Maxtra+ and similar filters can also be used in this jug.

Is the Pure+ filter compatible with other water purification jugs?

Apart from Jugg, it can be used in Brita and similar jug models.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted if the outer packaging of the product is not damaged and has not been used. Used filters and jugs cannot be accepted as they have lost their salable properties. If a defective product is sent, returns are accepted without any other conditions.

How often should the filter be changed?

Although it varies depending on the product, for mains water quality in Turkey, Pure+ filter elements are recommended to be replaced once a month, TAPP filters once a month, and HiLL filters every 6 months.
